We have an opportunity for an energetic, passionate full-time sales assistant to join our Newmarket branchWe work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.
The role is a f ull-time sales position, working 36 hours p/w, Tuesday - Saturday (including late nights) The role:
Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing can-do attitude Support your team Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time Understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures About you:
Sales experience required, you must be a real sales superstar You will be confident and enthusiastic - a people person You will be professionally presented and well-spoken Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities We're after someone who can show initiative, has a strong customer service focus, intelligence is punctual and has drive.
