Clinical Lead-RN

Wentworth Health Partner's Great Bay Family Practice is looking for a compassionate healthcare professional committed to providing the highest quality patient care to fill a Clinical Lead RN OR LPN role.
Duties are as follows:
Primary role: Assists the providers in a primary care office with patient care, nurse visits, patient intake as well as triage and medical decision making.
Acts as a liaison and provides representation between clinical staff and practice manager/providers.
Coordinates provider schedules and patient appointments.
Training new clinical staff on work flow and the use of the practice management software and maintaining clinical staff knowledge of scheduling guidelines as dictated by the providers.
Maintains clinical supplies and equipment to include overseeing clinical staff member responsible for ordering of medical supplies.
Assists providers and clinical staff, as necessary, in assisting with clinical issues, coordinating patient tests, etc.
Complies with and enforces all established WDH policies, procedures and protocols as well as any department-specific policies and procedures as they relate to the job functions of the clinical staff.
Assists the Practice Manager in interviewing and selecting clinical candidates for employment.
Leads, plans, attends and actively participates in clinical meetings, provider meetings and hospital-wide committees or meetings as requested.
Assists Practice Managers in reviewing Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey results on at least a quarterly basis.
Implements processes that will facilitate and improve the team's efforts to manage and improve clinical outcomes and other performance improvement projects identified within the office or the organization.

Requirements Experience
  • 5 years of medical office experience Experience as clinical leader setting; previous clinical coordinator role or equivalent, preferably primary care.
RN license (State of NH)
CPR BLS qualified

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
